Our Team

Kaitlynn Donahue, M.A. CCC-SLP (she/her)

Kaitlynn Donahue is a speech language pathologist (SLP) in Vermont, originally from Albany, New York. Kaitlynn received her B.S. degree in the field of Communication Sciences and Disorders at Nazareth College in Rochester, NY. She obtained her master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology at SUNY Plattsburgh. Kaitlynn has a Vermont educator’s license and is a member of the American Speech Language Hearing Association. She also holds a certificate in sensory regulation.

As an educator, Kaitlynn strives to empower students to advocate for themselves. Kaitlynn’s favorite part of her job has been running groups for neurodivergent students. Students authentically connect with one another while they learn about their own passions, interests, and learn about community supports and disability rights. These groups normalize and destigmatize the neurodivergent experience.

When she’s not teaching, Kaitlynn enjoys spending time with her friends, family and her fluffy dog, Cookie. In the summer, you can find Kaitlynn on the beach with a good book. In the winter, you will find her drinking coffee in front of a warm fire.
